simple question.
how, in godette's name, does one meet the nice single men out in this city?

not in bars like they would in manhattan.
this is aamchi mumbai and i'm a bhartiya naari.
not at work... they don't seem to work where i do.
the neighbourhood is empty - i've looked with binocs.

where are they, i'd like to know..
the smart, articulate and funny ones.
where?
and how do i find them?

the ones iv met so far have all had one screw dheela, as i keep telling shya masi.
one couldn't find a comfortable chair no matter where we went, another surfaced ritually once a week, a third was hell bent on getting me to meditate with his grandfather, a fourth haggled at shops like middle-aged women haggle for patta-bhaaji..
you get the drift...

the ones i haven't met are hiding.
how to meet them? where to find?
i've looked behind the trees and under the cushions.
they're not there either :(
